The 2004 CAAHE Conference was hosted by Medaille College in Buffalo, NY, June 9–11 at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo.
This year's conference combined fun (Niagara Falls!) and great opportunities to learn from colleagues through presentations and networking. The conference featured dynamic presenters who spoke on topics relevant to the systems thinking theme, as well as individuals always willing to share their best practices for the benefit of others.

Closing out the 2004 CAAHE Conference in Buffalo, NY, was a keynote speech delivered by Ms. Marsha Henderson, President of KeyBank, Western New York.
Her speech, "Creating a Client-Focused System," highlighted how several companies have aligned their systems to meet their clients' high expectations for service and deliver a "just in time," highly positive customer experience.

As president of KeyBank — Western New York, Ms. Marsha Henderson has oversight of Key Bank services across four counties with 41 Key Centers and approximately 1,000 employees. Key is the 11th largest U.S.-based financial institution providing full banking, cash management, and investment services to individuals, small businesses, and corporations. Ms. Henderson's career in financial services includes sales and management positions in commercial lending, human resources, trust, and private banking. She received her BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her MBA in Finance from Canisius College.
